The hotel is situated in the heart of the city center, offering a great price for a comfortable stay. While the rooms could use a slight refurbishment, they are beautifully decorated and very spacious. The sofa was unfortunately very dirty, which made it uncomfortable to sit on and relax at the end of the day.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and looked exactly like the pictures, although there was a minor issue with a leaking roof from the shower above the floor. The service provided was friendly and helpful, especially from the manager, Mrs Maryam and Aulga, despite a slightly rude early check-out reminder. The location was perfect for exploring Barcelona, with easy access to metro stations and various dining options nearby. The dining experience left something to be desired, although the sandwiches were delicious. The facilities were satisfactory, and the value for money was decent.
The hotel is located in a quiet, accessible part of Barcelona within walking distance to most sights and a quick metro ride to Sagrada Familia. Despite being above the metro line, my stay was affected by other guests who behaved disruptively, smoking and partying loudly in the room like pigs. While the staff kindly looked after our bags, the presence of rowdy guests dampened the overall experience.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities, although the dining options could be improved. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing a fantastic service experience.
The hotel had lovely and clean rooms with a cute balcony and great views, but the interior design lacked sunlight, and the bathroom setup was inconvenient with the shower soaking the whole area. Despite the delayed check-in, the staff was super kind and helpful, offering coffee and snacks. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to transportation and cultural sites.
The hotel is in a pretty nice location with various supermarkets nearby and many cafes and restaurants around. The rooms suited our needs perfectly, despite being on the 1st floor with limited natural light and a small rubbish receptacle as the only bin available. The service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, though a minor issue with missing items affected my overall rating.
